Salesforce is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial and results-focused marketing professional to drive the creation and implementation of innovative and compelling industry-specific programs in support of Salesforce’s growth objectives and strategic initiatives within the Financial Services industry, with a specific focus on wealth and asset management.
The opportunity requires a dynamic, creative and pragmatic professional with a proven history of success creating effective marketing content and campaigns. The candidate will be experienced in a wide range of go-to-market activities with demonstrated success building and coordinating B2B marketing and sales enablement content.
This position requires consistent, hands-on execution. Although this role is an individual contributor, it requires an experienced professional who is able to orchestrate a cross-functional team to package, enable and drive success for a set of configured solutions. This professional will bring industry expertise to this role to help ensure that these solutions are impactful from a sales standpoint and also relevant for wealth management and insurance customers and prospects.

  • Develop sales enablement content and solution content that is relevant and impactful

  • Provide direction on marketing programs and strategy specific to wealth management and insurance industries

  • Create compelling internal and external, customer-facing presentations

  • Support visionary event marketing experiences, at Salesforce events along with third-party events

  • Contribute to the creation of thought leadership content, webinar, and webcasts to evangelize our message

  • Partner with a world-class Sales team to generate pipeline, mature pipeline and grow annual contract value (ACV) through a set of industry-relevant solutions that showcase Salesforce’s product portfolio and product innovations

  • Manage multiple, complex timetables successfully in a collaborative and extremely fast paced environment

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5-to-10 years marketing experience; Previous roles working in technology/FinTech is an advantage

  • Financial services marketing/wealth management and insurance experience preferred

  • Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets (including on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks)

  • Exceptionally detail oriented with the ability to thrive in fast moving, ambiguous environments

  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making as well as a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics

  • Strong communication and writing skills and ability to work across business lines, presenting to executive leadership and at different levels of management

  • Exceptional team player with with a can-do attitude

  • A highly professional and collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset who works well under pressure in a high growth environment

  • Exceptional organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail and strong project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills using storytelling
