Role Description:
The International Retirement/Benefit Specialist assists in the implementation, ongoing administration, process improvements and reporting of the International retirement/benefit programs, policies, and procedures.
This role manages partnerships with vendors, internal stakeholders and external consultants to achieve results;
Develops and manages benefit processes for accuracy and efficiency.
Your Impact: - Retirement/Benefit Management

  • Evaluates and makes recommendations to revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Recommends and advises on benefit enhancements and changes

  • Act as escalation point (Tier 2.5) for international retirement/EMEA benefit queries. Main point of contact for the ES People and Operations team.

  • Responsible for planning, definition and execution of retirement/benefit administration transition to Tier 2.

  • Point of contact for Benefex help desk

  • Coordinates and actions resolution of PeopleForce cases

  • Support the integration of employees and benefit programs in any mergers or acquisitions in partnership with the applicable Regional Benefits lead, local ES Partner amd the M&A team

  • Day to day Benefex Management including budget control, global general changes in the platform etc.

Your Impact: - Vendor Management

  • New vendors creation (supplier portal)

  • POs Management (Coupa) - New orders & renewals. Follow up cases with the Procurement team, engage with legal to review contracts, SOW when required, etc.

  • Being the broker point of contact for any PO/SOW related matter.

  • Work in partnership with the Global Security team to ensure/validate new vendors meet Salesforce Security standards

  • Review invoices to verify alignment to planned costs.

  • Work in partnership with the AP team to approve and control invoices.

  • Partner with Payroll to validate/control Benefits services paid/processed/deducted via payroll

Your Impact: - Reporting

  • Work in the design, maintenance and improvements of the International Benefits Analytics model.

  • Assist in completing Benefit survey information in partnership with the geo leaders.

  • Budget control and recommendations for cost efficiency/savings opportunities

  • Consolidates and track the information about policy renewals, contracts terminations, etc.

  • Utilize the reporting capability of the Benefits platform to inform on control and enhancement of plans

  • Monitor the performance of Concierge articles and work in partnership with ES People Services & Operations to identify improvements

Your Impact: - Communications support

  • Annual Benefits communication plan.

  • Support Geo Benefits lead in communications campaign (new benefits, enrolment windows, etc)

  • Administrates Benefex comms tool

  • Global Benefits comms campaign (Global leaves, Best Doctors, etc)

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of benefits plans, benefit operations and benefit programs.

  • 4+ years experience working in Employee Benefits / HR Operations

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Demonstrated project management expertise

  • Previous experience working with external suppliers and consultants

  • Highly experienced using Microsoft Office or equivalent applications

  • Open, honest and results-oriented communication style - able to effectively and credibly interact with stakeholders at all levels including: HR Business Partners, business leaders, employees and external vendors

  • High level of personal integrity and comfortable operating with ambiguity - capable of balancing good governance with high quality client service

  • Able to take initiative, effective at prioritizing multiple projects, and comfortable working in a deadline-oriented environment.

  • Change management capabilities

  • Pragmatic solution-finder who is able to get things done

  • High level of attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills

  • Experience working with Workday HRIS

  • Experience working with payroll

  • Experience working with Google Docs
