Role Description :
This role will provide pension oversight and governance for all International retirement vehicles along with associated project work to ensure that our retirement solutions are aligned to our overall benefits strategy, aligned to market and fully compliant. In addition this role will be required to maintain an overview of market and legislative developments and trends in order to ensure that the company is positioned as well as possible to address such future requirements.
Your Impact: - Retirement Governance
Maintain the International Retirement Governance process in conjunction with our pension advisors
Identify areas for action arising from the Governance process at a country and program/company level and work with key stakeholders (internal and external advisors/vendors/payroll/Benefits Managers/Leadership) and act as overall program manager to deliver on these actions
Implement communication and education campaigns to ensure appropriate understanding of retirement programs among HR colleagues, business leaders, people managers and most importantly our employees
Identify opportunities to improve programs and processes - including program design and administration - utilizing internal analytics and employee feedback. Propose solutions to improve these programs and execute on proposals.
Responsible for completing competitive benchmarking analysis across the portfolio in partnership with our Rewards benchmarking team and use the output to improve current solutions and/or identify potential new solutions.
Support the M&A process with regard to retirement solutions and work with the HR M&A team and local partners to design and deliver integration solutions.
Maintain oversight of current and future costs in partnership with our external vendors, payroll and finance
5+ years experience in an employee benefits environment with significant exposure to retirement solutions (in particular DC plans)
Familiar with pension landscape including optimizing administration and budgeting processes between consultants, pensions administrators and payroll
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Relevant actuarial qualification
Demonstrated project management expertise
Previous experience working with external suppliers and consultants
Highly experienced using Microsoft Office or equivalent applications
Open, honest and results-oriented communication style - able to effectively and credibly interact with stakeholders at all levels including: HR Business Partners, business leaders, employees and external vendors
High level of personal integrity and comfortable operating with ambiguity – capable of balancing good governance with high quality client service
Pragmatic solution-finder who is able to get things done
Adaptable and comfortable shifting between high-level design work to operational work
High level of attention to detail
Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to effectively address issues in collaboration with others as appropriate: ability to proactively identify and manage potential problems
