The person in this role with lead our Equality training strategy across topics such as inclusive language, inclusive promotions, bias, microaggressions, and more. This person will also help us to build and scale some of our development programs for women and employees of color. They will partner with teams across Employee Success (HR), our Employee Resource Groups, and the business to innovate and scale impact.

Role R equirements:
Lead the global strategy for the business around equality enablement for all employees including leaders and development/access programs for underrepresented groups
Leverage expert facilitation skills to deliver and scale Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training and enablement
Coach executives on topics such as inclusive language, leadership, and business practices.
Build and scale equity-focused programs for women and employees of color and track impact through key success indicators
Experience creating and delivering presentations at all levels including executives, managers, and front-line employees
Act as subject matter expert on equality issues impacting local communities with an understanding of different equality issues across countries/regions.
Collaborate, consult, and partner with local employee resource group leaders to provide strategic guidance and align their programming with Office of Equality educational content.
Create supplemental training materials such as one-pagers and manager guides to to help support continued learning
Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
Drive alignment and consensus across cross-functional teams within the organization while building equality allies through education and engagement.
Experience with people management and leadership
Key to this role is the ability to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and collectively make an impact
Ideally 7+ years experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion facilitation and development
People leader and management experience
Deep understanding of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion concepts and issues.
Written communication skills including ability to take complex concepts and translate into concise, digestible content
Ability to navigate challenging conversations with diplomacy and a lens of inclusion
Ability to work effectively within a global team
Agility, flexibility, and comfortability with changing priorities
