Role Description :
This role will involve primarily providing benefits management for a portfolio of EMEA countries as well as associated project work in support of the broader international benefits strategy as required.
Your Impact: - Benefit Management
Co-ordinate annual benefit renewals in conjunction with appointed brokers and vendors
Project manage and implement new benefit programs coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Regional HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Payroll, Legal and IT Trust and Compliance
Implement communication campaigns to ensure appropriate understanding of benefit programs among HR colleagues, business leaders, people managers and most importantly our employees
Identify opportunities to improve programs and processes - including administration - utilizing internal analytics and employee feedback. Propose solutions to improve these programs and execute on proposals.
Use market trends and benchmarking data to improve and/or determine which benefit programs are right for us.
Assist in completing competitive benchmarking analysis across the region ensuring alignment with corporate strategies/philosophies and legal requirements, participating in and analyzing local surveys as necessary
Support the integration of employees and benefit programs in any mergers or acquisitions in the region in partnership with the applicable country HR Business Partner Act as escalation point (Tier 3) for Israel employee benefit queries
Review invoices to verify alignment to planned costs
4+ years experience working in Employee Benefits
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Demonstrated project management expertise
Familiar with pension landscape including optimizing administration and processes between consultants, pensions administrators and payroll
Solid experience delivering benefit initiatives for a broad range of initiatives from medical and pension plans to wellness and perk programs including management, implementations, and renewals
Experience of management or implementation of leave policies would be helpful
Previous experience working with external suppliers and consultants
Highly experienced using Microsoft Office or equivalent applications
Open, honest and results-oriented communication style - able to effectively and credibly interact with stakeholders at all levels including: HR Business Partners, business leaders, employees and external vendors
High level of personal integrity and comfortable operating with ambiguity - capable of balancing good governance with high quality client service
Pragmatic solution-finder who is able to get things done
Adaptable and comfortable shifting between high-level design work to operational work
High level of attention to detail
Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to effectively address issues in collaboration with others as appropriate: ability to proactively identify and manage potential problems

Experience in compensation practices such as salary benchmarking, data analysis and job mapping as well as benefits would be desirable.
