We are currently seeking an Associate Recruiter to support & grow Salesforce’s Corporate functions. The Associate Recruiter will act as a first line ambassador to potential candidates by filtering, screening, and actively engaging talent in the job market and is responsible for supporting the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles across departments within the Corporate Recruiting talent segments (i.e. ES, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, etc...).
The Associate Recruiter will partner closely with Senior Recruiters on the team to develop recruiting strategies, source candidates and support the entire candidate lifecycle for assigned reqs. This person will gain functional knowledge and l earn the profiles within their supported talent segments so that they can help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunities.

  • Source, recruit and hire Salesforce professionals across a wide range of talent segments.

  • Execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Manage job requisitions by responding to and qualifying Employee Referrals and Active Candidates for Salesforce’s open opportunities

  • Pipeline exceptional candidates for future opportunities at Salesforce

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Proven track record sourcing and engaging with passive and inbound talent

  • Naturally curious and loves learning about different backgrounds and talent segments

  • Familiarity with the technology market and landscape

  • Ability to articulate the Salesforce value proposition and story to candidates

  • Ability to cold-call and build relationships in-person and by phone

  • Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies

  • Thrives in fast-paced environment and has proven experience juggling competing priorities and successfully meeting deadlines

  • Proven track record of excellent customer service, partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle

  • Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies
