Job Description:
As the Sr. Manager of Paid Media and Display at Pluralsight, you will be responsible for the execution of and performance of our paid social and display strategies – for both our B2C and B2B arms of the company. We're excited to have you join us!

What you’ll own:

  • Directly oversee the strategy and execution of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, ABM initiatives, remarketing campaigns, Google Display Network, and any other display channels – for both our B2C and B2B sides of the business.

  • Partner with Regional Marketing leaders to align on channel strategies and regional opportunities.

  • Quarterly B2B and B2C budgets for your channels, as well as B2B Pipeline and B2C revenue targets

  • Identify and test new opportunities for growth

  • Analyze channel-level KPI dashboards to determine opportunities for growth or efficiency

  • Track and report on key channel metrics and GTM campaigns

  • Training, guidance, and development of the paid social & display team

Experience you’ll need:

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and systems including direct experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and display/retargeting platforms (GDN, AdRoll, Criteo, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with tools/platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Analytics and Marketo

  • The ability to identify and pull your own reports using provided BI tools (Tableau or Domo)

  • A track record of creating reports that align to company objectives

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
