As the Sr. Manager of Paid Media and Display at Pluralsight, you will be responsible for the execution of and performance of our paid social and display strategies – for both our B2C and B2B arms of the company. We're excited to have you join us!Who you’re committed to being:

Experience you’ll need:
Directly oversee the strategy and execution of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, ABM initiatives, remarketing campaigns, Google Display Network, and any other display channels – for both our B2C and B2B sides of the business.
Partner with Regional Marketing leaders to align on channel strategies and regional opportunities.
Quarterly B2B and B2C budgets for your channels, as well as B2B Pipeline and B2C revenue targets
Identify and test new opportunities for growth
Analyze channel-level KPI dashboards to determine opportunities for growth or efficiency
Track and report on key channel metrics and GTM campaigns
Training, guidance, and development of the paid social & display team
Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and systems including direct experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and display/retargeting platforms (GDN, AdRoll, Criteo, etc.).
Hands-on experience with tools/platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Analytics and Marketo
The ability to identify and pull your own reports using provided BI tools (Tableau or Domo)
A track record of creating reports that align to company objectives
5-8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
