Experience you’ll need:
Take complex business initiatives all the way from inception, analysis, and recommendation to execution and measurement of impact.
Align cross-functional teams and lead implementation of business planning initiatives.
Define and build cross-functional support for new business KPIs that drive value.
Evaluate potential product and content investments from a strategic Pluralsight value perspective.
Define, validate, and pilot new concepts for building out Pluralsight’s professional services ecosystem to support and build upon the core platform offering.
Relentlessly measure impact and drive toward outcomes.
Combined 5+ years of strategy and analytics experience
Track record of solid judgment and cutting through ambiguity
Experience creating and delivering successful cross-functional initiatives in large organizations
Serious strategy chops, ideally at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, or similar
MBA preferred (not required)
Demonstrated ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets, extract insights, and drive results
Capable project manager that can juggle a set of diverse projects with a strong track record of yielding results against aggressive timelines
Strong preference for previous experience with pricing and packaging strategy
