The Opportunity
People are our greatest asset, and the People Team is on the frontlines of helping new and existing team members at Pluralsight thrive. We are looking to add an experienced People User Experience Leader who can help us enhance our intranet site so team members find what they are looking for, understand what they’ve found and be able to effectively transact through self service. A phenomenal UX Designer excels at partnering with all People Team functions to help build out their content, programs and critical communications in a way that is engaging and effective, in turn driving down the need for unnecessary human support. An extraordinary UX Designer stands out by doing all of the above combined with strong business sense, a passion for their craft, and a genuine dedication to providing clarity on People Team programs and content.

What you’ll own:

  • Responsibility for content creation and curation on our intranet

  • The strategy to ensure accurate connection from People Team programs to all Team Leaders and Team Members

  • Delivering a Calendar of key events, actions and tasks that are crucial for the company

  • Communications that connect to team members and leaders through the intranet

  • Creation of key People trainings across the company utilizing the PS Platform, building and being responsible for the architecture of the People content in the tool

  • Reporting & insights to build transparency and awareness to online interactions, experience and efficiency of the platform
Experience you’ll need:

  • 6-8+ years of process improvement, content enhancement and online/SaaS/web development experience

  • Proven success developing content, trainings, written communications, presentations and storytelling

  • Strategy development and execution, including design sessions, roadmaps, project management, communications, change management, training development, online innovations

  • Proven understanding of human resource concepts in a variety of functions such as performance management, total rewards, recruiting, career development etc. preferred

  • Experience with Workday, ATS's, LMS Systems, CRM's and Intranet sites greatly preferred

  • Knowledge of self service environments and improving systems, tools, and transactions
