Office Manager/Talent Operations Coordinator

We are looking to add a Talent and Office Manager to our team! This is a key hybrid role which will provide an outstanding candidate and team member experience. You will be the face of the company; the first person others will encounter, and your interactions will leave a lasting positive impression. You will be responsible for multiple key touch points along a team member’s journey with us, starting with posting jobs, scheduling interviews and various administrative tasks that occur as a candidate transitions to an employee. As the Office Manager, you'll be the first line of contact with team members, building management, facilities team and vendors. This role requires “white glove” professional interaction with candidates, management and many other teams that work together to attract and onboard our employees. The Talent and Office Manager champions an outstanding Pluralsight experience from beginning to end.

What will you be doing?

  • Handling general office duties such as: maintaining a consistent presence at the front desk, greeting guests, ensuring the office supplies are stocked and organized, and keeping the office in compliance with local regulations

  • Providing a “white glove” experience to candidates, visitors and Pluralsight team members. You’ll assist visitors with in-office amenities and travel tips

  • Facilitating local New Hire Orientation along with new hire first day activities such as collecting new hire paperwork and onboarding with desks, equipment, security protocols, swag and building tours

  • Communicating to employees regarding company activities and daily events while acting as a source of truth to the EMEA team

  • Facilitating the COVID return to office response

  • Working with Site Management on in-office initiatives for wellness and engagement

  • Working with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers through navigating challenging schedules and calendars to ensure a smooth and complete interview process for candidates

  • Assisting with internal events and supporting the global talent team

  • Booking travel for candidates coming in from out of town

What skills do you need?

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment in an administrative capacity

  • A laser focus and attention to detail

  • Outstanding communicator, both written and verbal

  • Ability to assess multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Eagerness to help others and a cheerful personality

  • Problem solving and critical thinking ability

  • Results-oriented and driven with a keen interest in improving processes and development - both as a team and personally

  • Tetris-like scheduling skills

  • Experience with G-suite, and/or an applicant tracking system is preferred
