Managers of Business Development lead teams of 8-12 BDRs to produce pipeline for Account Executives aligned to produce new and expand billings within our multi-product offerings. They align with Sales Leaders support specific groups and segments, while working with Marketing partners to utilize Marketing Campaigns to produce the pipeline needed. This is one of the most imperative roles within Revenue Organizations to support a growing company.

Experience you’ll need:
Responsible for and accountable to the recruiting, training, development, progression, mentorship, and delivery of individual BDRs on your team
Conducting regular team meetings and 1:1s- including a recap of the team’s results and celebrating success and holding all accountable for daily performance
Evaluation and evolution of the current systems, strategies, and messages of the team.
Support the Revenue and GTM partners in their campaigns to achieve company success
Validated experience in leading and building top-performing Business Development teams
Ability to provide immediate feedback and mentoring with the appropriate approach for team development, growth, and success
Strong interpersonal and communication skillset
Self-motivated, demonstrating an ability to assume responsibility and work autonomously
3-5 years of sales experience inside or field role, account development, business development, or team management; proven record of exceeding quota and leading teams
High-level knowledge of other technology and tools used for this role
