As our Senior Manager of Martech, reporting to the VP of Marketing Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our marketing tech stack, and ensure effective, seamless system integrations. You’ll work closely with the different marketing groups (Brand, Integrated, Digital, and GEO) and business applications groups to support a high-performance marketing team.
You will challenge the way people think about marketing technology and how we go about integrating all key systems for high-performance lead and data flow to bring it all to a state-of-the-art level.

Experience you’ll need:
Own the marketing technology stack: Marketo, Engagio, LeanData, etc. and the sync to SFDC and its needed plugins
Closely partner with Sales Ops, Business Apps on system flow to improve the flow of leads to BDR and Sales
Work closely with the Operations analyst teams to manage lead scoring, lead nurture best practices, and continually improve campaign tracking
Build a Martech framework that is fully documented to enable repeatable and scalable processes
Drive continuous improvement in the technology used to increase velocity, accuracy, and link to success
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of three phenomenal individuals contributors
5+ years of experience in marketing ops, owning Marketo and SFDC Sync
Speak native Martech ecosystem language with a solid understanding of the pros and cons for each solution based on the desired outcome
Ability to adapt to changing situation and flow to meet the constantly evolving marketing landscape
Great communication skills with a bias for team outcome and leading others to rise above the fray
Attention to details and diligence to take action when needed to obtain accurate results despite seemingly chaotic circumstances
