The Alliance Manager will be a critical new member to the partnerships team at Pluralsight. As the opportunity to work with some of the worlds largest technology firms grows, Pluralsight continues to have a need to support those relationships. Specifically, this role will be to work tirelessly around creating and executing revenue driving engagements with these partners. The Alliance Manager will report to the Alliance Director. This is an exciting and entrepreneurial role within a rapidly growing business. We have a vision that by the end of 2021 a significant portion of our business will be influenced through partnerships and alliances.

Experience you’ll need
You will have a set of focus partners that you will be responsible to drive revenue with
You will help define and execute the alliance strategies specifically aligned to your assigned alliance partners
You will work very closely with your counterparts within your assigned partners to coordinate and drive joint engagements.
You will need to be an expert on the Pluralsight platform, to help enable and inform discussions with the partner.
You will work closely with partnership account teams, where you will educate on Pluralsight platform and programs, in conjunction with driving joint opportunities
Own the delivery of a billings number influenced through partner alliances
Source, negotiate and close new alliances in support of the alliance strategy
Develop pipeline of potential alliances to fuel future growth
8+ years professional experience related to and running business / corporate development, partnerships, alliances, channel, affiliate, etc.
MBA or business degree preferred from a leading institution
Proven track record of revenue and influence billings delivery through partnerships in the tech sector
Experience in the tech industry is a plus, especially SaaS
