To further this mission, we’re looking for a Privacy Product Marketing expert with experience bringing widely adopted consumer-centric privacy products to market. You will be responsible for launching and enhancing Plaid’s products that focus on privacy and, in turn, have tremendous impact. Through close collaboration with the consumer product management team, you will surface insights that inform the roadmap and leverage them to build scaled go-to-market campaigns that encourage adoption of those solutions. We are looking for someone to build a consumer-facing privacy product experience and brand that positions Plaid as a responsible steward of consumer data. What Excites Us
    • 6+ years of direct to consumer marketing experience
    • Mid-to-late stage start-up experience
    • Privacy experience
    • Superior skills in consumer insights/analytics, strategy building, and detailed execution
    • Can influence and guide a large cross functional team and align them to the common goal
    • A strong communicator, storyteller and presenter who will present to and interact with senior management, both internal and external
    • Proven PMM experience with the ability to partner with and influence product development teams
What Excites You
    • Embedding with our privacy product team to influence the roadmap for our consumer-facing privacy features and products, and helping translate the team’s vision into product experiences that meet or exceed the ecosystem’s expectations
    • Helping build the Plaid brand
    • Managing product and feature launches, customer engagement and feedback, collateral development, and scaled customer and consumer communication
    • Collaborating with Product, Design, Sales/Growth, Financial Access, and Legal/Policy teams to gather feedback on products and performance
