Plaid’s People Systems Team is focused on delivering solutions that support our business processes and drive efficiencies through system optimization and automation, enabling our business to scale and employees to be successful. As the first hire to this growing team, you will help create the vision and build the future of Plaid’s People systems from the ground up.
This role will be responsible for identifying needs, implementing, configuring, testing, and administering Plaid’s People platforms. Additionally, this role will have the opportunity to help determine how we can increase impact by leveraging our systems functionality, while delivering best-in-class employee experiences that support our company’s growth.     • 5+ years of experience working with global HCM solutions
    • Deep functional knowledge in multiple modules in the Workday HCM suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Talent and Performance), as well as an understanding of the dependencies and relationships between various modules such as Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance
    • Experience with HR systems, processes and tools with the demonstrated ability to deliver processes and tools that are simple to use
    • Experience with system implementation
    • Ability to produce timely deliverables and lead multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
    • Ability to build strong partnerships, influence decisions, and communicate complex work in a clear and concise manner across a variety of audiences from our leaders to our employees
    • Experience working in high performance environments and driving initiatives to completion
    • High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
    • Bonus points if you've taken a company public
    • Bachelor’s degree is required

    • Building and scaling all aspects of People systems at Plaid from the ground up
    • Implementing Workday and delivering enhancements and upgrades to our ecosystem of People system tools, processes, and systems
