The People Operations team team is focused on creating an amazing team member experience.     • Minimum 1 year working in any HR function
    • Previous experience handling sensitive and confidential information
    • You are a team player, excellent at building relationships within your team and cross-functionally
    • You have a strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    • You are proactive and self directed learner
    • You have consistent attention to detail and understand the importance of getting the small stuff right
    • You are a strong communicator with a sense of professionalism, nuance and discretion, even in challenging situations
    • Plus: Previous experience with ADP or other HRIS/Payroll systems
    • Plus: Previous experience with GSuite applications
    • Preferred : 1+ years of experience in people operations
What Excites You
    • Ensure employee inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely manner
    • Support onboarding, offboarding, training, feedback surveys, and all other employee lifecycle events
    • Partner closely with People Operations Generalists/HRBPs to manage people programs and day-to-day HR administration
    • Process employment information/verification requests
    • Maintain people data across HR systems
    • Communicate effectively with employees and management to process worker changes
    • Develop strong understanding for process management in our core systems
