At Plaid, we believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. We’re on a mission to unlock financial freedom for everyone.
As a senior Design Program Manager, you’ll partner with the Head of Design and the design management team to own the daily operations and operational strategy of the Design team. Your operational excellence will help create a creative, purposeful environment that empowers designers to do their best work.
You’ll be responsible for developing and applying just the right amount of process and oversight that works for Design and our cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing. You'll partner with all levels of the organization to build processes and programs that elevate team performance as we scale. You’ll have the opportunity to establish cross-functional best practices, improve communication, remove roadblocks, and keep teams on track, all while growing team culture, industry expertise, and team impact. Your programs will have a material impact on the business and future of Plaid.
As part of this role, you’ll join EPDS Operations, a small team of interdisciplinary program managers tasked with delivering best-in-class systems and processes that enable efficient execution of Plaid’s strategy. What excites you
