Plaid is looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Lead with excellent written and creative skills to help us build our brand in a way that supports key business objectives and ultimately builds product preference and loyalty worldwide. What excites you
    • Creating a cohesive brand strategy and positioning for Plaid
    • Designing a brand architecture that organizes our products and services into a master brand, sub-brands, products and features across all of our audiences
    • Developing and driving adoption of Plaid’s brand positioning that resonates with campaigns
    • Working with channel owners to ensure all assets are representative of our brand voice
    • Leading creative development for all marketing channels to ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
    • Supervising external agencies and vendors to ensure highest standards of creative execution
    • Managing our brand marketing team, including motivating, mentoring and developing our team of world class team of brand marketers
    • Using market research, data and analytics to continually measure brand awareness and strategic brand indicators
What excites us
    • 10-15 years experience in brand marketing/management/strategy role
    • Experience hiring and managing a team
    • Deep knowledge of marketing strategy and the online advertising space
    • Strong content development skills, experience working with client-facing teams to understand market needs, and a track record of developing best-in-class materials and activations
    • Strong experience setting goals and KPIs and track and surpass them
    • Best-in-class marketing, communication, project and team management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams
    • Strategic-thinking with a high degree of creativity to execute on high-impact, high-leverage, innovative materials and programs
    • Experience building a brand from scratch, not just defending well established brands
    • Experience with consumer tech or mission-driven brand a plus
