The People Operations team team is focused on creating an amazing team member experience. We strive to create the environment where our team does their best work and focuses on the core components of their jobs. You will be responsible for designing and administering all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) plan. You will lead efforts on creating and tailoring benefit programs and perks for a high growth company! What Excites You
    • Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information
    • Responds to benefits related queries for the new hires and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes, etc
    • Performs quality checks of benefits-related data
    • Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes
    • Enrolls employees with carriers and processes life status changes
    • Processes and administers all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA, etc
    • Manages LOA vendor and Benefits Broker
    • Effectively interprets FMLA and ADA implications as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities
    • Partners with HRBPs to effectively support Employee Accommodations
    • Responds to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts
    • Manages the annual catch-up contribution enrollment
    • Leads the open enrollment process, benefits audit, wellness month/week
What Excites Us
    • 3 - 5 years experience in benefits administration, design and strategy
    • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
    • Familiarity working with LOA vendors and benefits brokers
    • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient with HRIS such as ADP, Workday
    • Preferred: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification credential
