Responsible for the Delivery of WorkPlace Services / End User Compute / Unified Communications infrastructure for the LatAm Sector ensuring these services are delivered in alignment with Global infrastructure standards an to fulfill global commitments and sector demand requirements.Accountabilities
Ensure WPS/UCC/EUC currency targets for LatAm are within global requirements.
Know the state of LatAm WPS/UC/EUC currency and define investment needs for TLM Forecast and AOP.
Deliver WPS/UCC/EUC projects (global/sector) as per the agreed scope and timelines.
Responsible for the WPS/UC/EUC projects Financials, and Delivery to Operations process for te projects being delivered.
Partner with IT Ops to identify landscape risk in WPS/UC/EUC infrastructure and define plans to remediate.
Partner with GITIS team to understand new capability requirements and their fitting to PepsiCo’s WPS infrastructure strategy.

Non Technical Skills
- 5+ years experience managing IT Infrastructure projects across multiple geographies
Expertise in: WorkPlace Services, Unified Communications and End User Compute. Desirable experience in Cloud PBX, Contact Centers.
Finance and Technology Lifecycle management required
IT Governance & Transformation requires
ITIL, COBIT and Project Management certifications are preferred
