Job Description
This position will manage and develop PGT-MDG Master Data Quality aligned with Innovation processes for the PepsiCo ERP initiative. The objective is to accurately portray the business requirements of the divisions in the context of a standard PepsiCo ERP solution and back to legacy tools. Ensure that the Business Process Transformation Vision and design is consistent for the Material Master Data Quality, create & change. In addition, the SC C&O Team requires a full time resource to work with the divisions, business units, and process improvement teams for enterprise-wide production support of data quality as it relates to MTD, OTC, R2R, PTP & FTS valuestreams end-to-end Material life cycle processs.
Baseline Data Management:

  • Develop Data Quality Standards in GDQ Tool transforming to MDG S4Hana.

  • Proactively coordinate, analyze, and review Material Master Data activities to increase data quality, data efficiency, completeness, consistency, and data integrity. Verify accuracy of the information posted by functional area with subject matter expert (SME).

  • Manage day to day SC C&O Tools, SharePoint, & MDG S4 Hana

  • Make appropriate tactical decisions necessary to complete assigned project(s).

  • Develop and improve SC C&O Data Quality scorecards and KPI metrics to ensure data quality, ownership, and non-compliance issues are resolved.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data & Analytics, or related fields

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, or IT

  • Recent funnctional SAP experience

  • Prefer knowledge of data reporting/visualization tools such as SQL, SQVI, and Tableau,

  • Strategic approach to define data standards such as metrics to assure data readiness / completeness

  • Management (SAP) with primary focus on maintenance of Plant, Material, Production, and Planning Master Data

  • Project management skills

  • Exhibits a strong "can-do", "will-do" attitude and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines. Must be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and self-motivated

  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent oral, written and listening skills. Ability to document processes and data flows.

  • Possesses broad-based business knowledge of other technologies in order to execute project deliverables

  • Must be a strong team player with effective teamwork skills

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Office 365 tools

Required Education/Professional experiences:
Years: A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain or related business function perferred.
Degree: College degree in a rigorous discipline (Engineering, Supply Chain) preferred.
Travel requirements: 5%
