Now we are looking for this position:
Learning Jr Manager
Main purpose:
Ensure the organizational capabilities and development of business associates by executing and evaluating learning strategies that will enable the organization to have a standardized way of demanding, creating and satisfying training needs that generate a competitive advantage and the best culture for PepsiCo within the region.
Responsibilities:
  • Learning paths design per function or levels
  • Set course parameters (e.g. in person, virtual) and allowable course participants and enrolment deadlines
  • Define methodology for organizing learning content with the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Communicate to business about available training
  • Support review and adjust vendor relationships annually (as needed), and define delivery times
  • Manage/Measure Learning impact through current and upcoming platforms
  • Responsible of Learning Management System & Learning Experience Platform, following global strategy and local implementation
  • Ensure enough resources for initiatives implementation through meetings with Functional Leaders & Sector Leaders
  • Provide budget management administration

Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Design, HR is required. Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in training and/or learning areas.
  • Experience with Training Needs Analysis process and Instructional Design
  • Advance English is required
  • Intermediate Portuguese
  • Experience in Budget management
  • Ability to diagnose Root Causes of problems and identify ways of finding solutions to needs without always resorting to a training solution
  • Strong people manager with the ability to give feedback, coach, build capability and develop talent
  • Experience using learning management system platforms preferred (success factors, schoox, litmos)
  • Experience using Learning Experience Platform platforms preferred (Degreed, LinkedIn Learning)
