IT Network Infrastructure Delivery Manager
Main Purpose
The Infrastructure Delivery manager is responsible for Network Infrastructure Services in support of PepsiCo’s IT and business initiatives. This includes analyzing requirements from the business and/or BRM organizations, authoring technical requirements, designing solutions and partnering with PepsiCo’s strategic partners and suppliers to deliver solutions in line with PepsiCo Infrastructure engineering and architecture standards.
Accountabilities
  • Support infrastructure delivery team to delivery projects on-time and within budget.
  • Manage work-in-take for projects and business as usual demand. Create and track service requests assigned to managed service providers in support of business as usual and projects.
  • Review and approve technical solutions and estimations provided by PepsiCo’s suppliers.
  • Manage project communications and reporting
  • Develop project KPI dashboards; Track and report on overall health of the projects including risks and issues; setup and delivery consistent project updates and status via regular project performance scorecards
  • Partner with Asset Management team in hardware procurement and asset tracking
  • Assist with onboarding PepsiCo’s Infra delivery suppliers and partners
  • Assist with project budget management, tracking, forecasting and billing reconciliations.
  • Assist Project teams with escalations to the 3rd party supplier’s, and review 3rd party supplier's response levels to Service Requests and Change Requests.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in value optimization, IT performance, and business processes where applicable
  • Implement standard and improved processes and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of Infrastructure delivery based on ITIL methodology.
  • Maintain and update system documentation including process and procedure manuals.
  • Ensure hand-off to IT Operations team for seamless transition from project completion to ongoing sustain

Qualifications/Requirements
Education/requirements
  • 6+ years of experience
  • 5-7 years’ experience in key network areas include WAN, LAN, and Wireless LAN services including design, deployment, and operational support.
  • 4-5 years’ experience with extranet support experience related to Firewalls, Load Balancers, DNS/DHCP services.
  • Certified with ITIL processes related to Incident, Change, Problem Management, Request, and Asset Management
  • Cisco Certifications (CCNA minimum) is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills working with customers, peers, and service providers.
  • Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Engineering or similar field
  • Experience working in a global environment with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and delivery skills
  • Ability to work with virtual teams (remote work locations) and lead team of external technical resources (contractors) based in multiple locations globally
  • Lead technical discussions, driving clarity of complex issues/requirements to build robust solutions
  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure library) certification a plus
  • Ability to work with agile delivery methodologies in the infrastructure space
Strong communication skills to meet with business, understand sometimes ambiguous, needs, and translate to clear, aligned requirements
