This Human Resources Coordinator position will support the North Division functions including, commercial, finance, human resources, and supply chain leadership.Major Task Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
Managed the employee system transactions including, but not limited to, promotions, pay change, work location change, job moves, level change, etc.
Support organization changes
Provide general employee relations support including benefits, payroll and employee relations issues
Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all personnel data stored in HR systems
Provide reporting support for all HR related activities
Support of the execution of the campus recruiting program
Demonstrate solid interpersonal and communication skills; ability to deliver presentations to large employee groups
Preferred Job Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of HR coordinator experience
Experience using HR systems
Previous experience working in Human Resources
Experience with SAP, Kenexa, EMP Trust
Display outstanding organizational skills, detail orientation, multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize and manage multi-tasks
