Now we are looking for this position:
HR Ops Analyst
Main Purpose
You will be responsible for monitoring of the shared email box where end users report issues when using any of the TA stack of technologies. This role will review the issue reported, troubleshoot and will be responsible to determine the course of action required to correct the issue or inform the end user of the correct way of working. This role will also assist candidates or potential candidates with access to their profiles, application issues, special accomodation needs or other various requests
Accountabilities
  • Monitor the support emails daily to help end users with all their requests.
  • Analyze each one of the emails, identify the root cause of the issue, identify the course of action required to correct the user or a functionality of the system.
  • Determine if there is an update needed to the standard proceedures or configuration
  • Appropriately assess impacts and risks on system and data issues and communicate back to management for proper escalations
  • Consult with business clients, when needed to determine gaps in system functionality or data inconsistencies
  • Coordinate any system defects / fixes with the HR Ops TA systems and plaforms team
  • Maintain weekly dashboards on the issues that were raised and the timing to resolve

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Human Resources
  • Proficient in English, written and oral
  • 2+ years of experience in TA systems
  • Experience on working in large scale TA Cloud solutions
  • Experience with the troubleshooting of TA systems and process
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Strong critical thinking and analysis skills
  • Experience in documentation and revising remediation processes and procedures
