As the Sales Finance Director for the PepsiCo Juice BU, you will be the key Finance lead responsible for providing the overall financial direction and expertise in driving and delivering performance across the Region Grocery results and teams. Juice Region Grocery represents a portfolio of customers and products totaling $750MM Net Rev across key retailers (Albertsons, Ahold, Wakefern, Publix, Delhaize, etc.), key wholesalers (C&S, SuperValu, AWG, etc.), the military channel and others.
The Finance Director will be the key finance contact for the Region Grocery team and the Sr Director Sales for Region Grocery. The Finance Director will provide overall leadership for the period end results, preparation of forecasts, development of customer Annual Operating Plans (AOP), along with financial analysis, reporting and budgeting.
The Finance Director will provide critical leadership to the creation of the new Juice+ standalone entity and the design of updated processes and systems to support the Juice+ entity. In addition, she/he will manage, support, and develop a team of 13.Responsibilities include:
Manage and deliver results across the Juice Region Grocery customer portfolio of over $750MM Net Rev
Lead customer AOP development, including development of individual customer targets supported by pricing, assortment, calendar, and innovation strategies
Manage quarter and periodic forecast process inclusive of appropriate analysis and identification of changes, tactics, and support needed to drive business results
Drive trade, calendar, and pricing optimization in collaboration with Sales and Commercial Finance
Manage period close activities including working closely with the Commercial Trade team and Control to ensure accuracy and completeness
Partner closely with Commercial Finance, FP&A, Brand Finance, and Sales to manage against P&L expectations and KPI metrics inclusive of managing slotting budgets, chargebacks, reset fees and other various costs
Direct and support ongoing Sales Finance work inclusive of managing wholesaler and retailer agreement renewals, optimizing for mergers and divestitures across the retail landscape as well as customer sourcing changes
Drive continued efficiency and simplification across Sales Finance processes and provide critical direction and input to the development and design of new standalone systems
Hire, develop, and retain top-tier finance professionals through thought leadership, timely feedback and mentoring, as well as appropriate coaching and mentoring.

Position Supervises: 13 headcount
Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)
MBA or CPA is strongly desirable
Skills & Capabilities:
10 - 15 years of progressive financial leadership responsibility, ideally with supervisory experience, in some of the following areas: Annual planning, Strategy development, Financial Planning and Analysis, business performance evaluation and Financial Accounting and Control.

Forecasting and budgeting
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization
