Duties: Build & codify media performance measurement strategies. Collaborate with internal/ external stakeholders to create capabilities, tools and processes to drive best-in-class efficiency, effectiveness & sufficiency. Develop best-practices among all brands and scale lifting and shifting learnings across countries and categories. Enable global and brand teams to leverage tools, capabilities and processes to further media objectives. Build strong relationships with key business partners across internal data science team, media agency/platforms, research and measurement vendors to brings innovations that align with brand goals and business initiatives. Coordinate with internal/external data science and analytics partners to formulate hypotheses, plan and execute measurements/ROI analyses, share results with key leaders as well as drive meta-learnings. Actively scout new partnerships, concepts, and technologies that can be scaled across the portfolio. Advance PepsiCo industry leadership, represent PepsiCo insights at relevant industry events.
Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Applied Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have three (3) years of experience with: analyzing and interpreting data; utilizing SQL, Hive, or Presto; utilizing R or Python; applying statistical methods including linear regression, decision trees, forecasting and clustering; and utilizing Tableau, BusinessObjects, PowerBI, or Microstrategy. Must have two (2) years of experience with: project management; and performance measurement methods such as marketing mix, closed-loop and multi-touch attribution. Travel required 15% of the time.
