Job Description Summary: Central coordinator for Treasury around crypto initiatives and feedback into broader Finance working groups and back cross-functionally into Treasury teams. Represent Treasury in crypto related working groups. Understand new operational concepts around blockchain and digital currencies and draw alignment to existing operations/processes/controls around cash and Treasury risk management. Partner with Treasury, Finance, Legal, ComMonitor developments in regulatory landscape around crypto and digital currencies, focusing on licensing and associated capital, liquidity, and safeguarding requirements. •Assist in developing and managing Treasury crypto operations budget. •Support the review of and/or build of Treasury infrastructure & Treasury risk management policies related to crypto. • Engage with the Treasury Product Enablement team to understand the key product initiatives related to crypto that will require changes to the Treasury infrastructure and capabilities. •Ensure transformational activity related to crypto drives impact on our teams and our products. •Identification of automation opportunities embedded within Treasury projects related to crypto initiatives and partner with Automation Center of Excellence. •Develop innovative ideas to simplify our banking infrastructure, while expanding our capabilities and flexibility to scale in a controlled manner.
Job Description:
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Finance or Business degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience or equivalent, with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion. Crypto related experience ideal/preferred.
  • Strategic thinker, ability to take a holistic view across Treasury, and ability to connect issues and define interdependencies with other functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas in presentations.
  • Executive presence with ability to effectively work with all types of roles and functions in the organization.
  • Curiosity and interest in blockchain and digital currencies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders while navigating complex decision points and driving engagement on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Mindset to proactively engage and evaluate (and drive resolution of) transformational opportunities for the Treasury organization.
  • Demonstrated organizational agility and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with matrix reporting structure.
  • Able to take initiative and work independently, however, collaboration, as part of a uniquely qualified team is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
