Job Description Summary: Roles & Responsibilities: • Provide the marketing analytics support to the INTL Lifecycle Growth Marketing • Support the marketers with analytics support to feed into their review meetings – Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly for Consumer Lifecycle Marketing Programs • Participate in Weekly Brainstorming Sessions / Ad-hoc meetings with marketing stakeholders to continually improve/optimize marketing initiatives and programs by providing recommendations • Work regularly with the Marketing stakeholders and support on the following areas: o Business Casing /Pre-Reads – Campaign Design & Planning o Campaign Readout Framework & Measurement o Initiatives Deep Dive o Other opportunities investigation & sizing o Create models to pull valuable insights from data. o Use creativity to spot trends and tease out patterns • Secure preparation of input for weekly reportings • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to effectively communicate data insights to project team and leadership and negotiate options. • Partner with other Analytics teams to ensure best practice sharing and collection of insights • Provide thought leadership within the marketing analytics community
- Strong SQL & Tableau skills to manipulate and extract data
Experience in working on Marketing Analytics
Good Knowledge on Python and/or R
Strong understanding of predictive modeling / Data Science
Business Acumen to produce relevant metrics and insights
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel features to convert raw data into meaningful views
