Job Description Summary: The Consumer In-Store and Digital Commerce team is looking for a hands-on technical leader who has full-stack knowledge and is experienced in building high performing teams. As part of our team, you’ll join us in building new products and services for our global consumer base. We are a fast-paced organization and we are looking for people who want to collaborate broadly and deal with ambiguity. What you will do?
You are a hands-on technical lead.
You drive technical conversations and participate in architectural decision-making and code reviews.

You collaborate with cross functional engineering, product and global teams to evolve the platform and product

What do you need to succeed?
8+ years software development experience building scalable web/mobile applications and service-oriented architectures; MS in Computer Science/Engineering or BS with equivalent work experience.
3+ years of technical leadership and architectural guidance
Practical experience in hiring, mentoring and developing engineers
Solid knowledge of design patterns and engineering best practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to grasp and convey complex product requirements or technical concepts
