Job Description Summary: Working in the space of vulnerability management, patching, and the associated tools.Manage and monitor large-scale, multi-tier, customer-facing systems from a security perspective.First and second tier resolution of production issues and alerts by resolving errors and quickly and provide timely escalation.Work with external teams to diagnose complex problems and drive resolution.Build, deploy and monitor Windows and Unix/Linux virtual machines for performance issues and stability concerns. Utilize industry-standard as well as custom tools to diagnose and resolve production issues. Lead development efforts in tools and automation projects .Consistently maintain a “can do” attitude with strong customer service and organizational skills. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical strengths in majority of the following technologies: Citrix Xenapp / XenDesktop / Cloud, VMWare, Networking, TCP IP, Microsoft Windows 2012~2019, Active Directory, PKI, DNS, GPO’s, Citrix NetScaler, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Cisco UCS, Nutanix, Infrastructure scripting, Powershell, and other automation tools. 5+ years of experience working with VMware ESXi 6.x & 7.x Enterprise technologies.
5+ years of experience working with Citrix Cloud, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop 7.15
3+ years of Cloud experience working with MS Azure, and GCP.
LTSR, Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops, 1912 LTSR and later, Platinum features.
Experience with Citrix designs, implementations, maintenance, configurations, and resolve tier III escalated issues for Citrix Virtual App, Citrix Virtual Desktop, and Citrix NetScaler.
Previous experience configuring and supporting Citrix Netscaler appliances in a high availability configuration.
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Previous experience configuring and supporting Citrix Access Gateway policies and configurations.
Experience working in a large, enterprise-level Citrix environment (global environment highly preferred).
Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to understand complex relationships between components of multi-tiered, distributed applications.
Cross-platform Unix/windows administration as well as scripting / power shell skills a plus.
Ability to provide reliable technical support and guidance on complex issues in a high velocity, dynamic environment.
Experience managing WYSE terminals, IGEL terminals, and image creation.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers and upper management.
Global or international experience preferred.
