Job Description Summary: • Participating and collaborating with cross functional teams in the organization to understand the intersection between analytics and day to day execution. • Own automation and maintenance of data cubes, reports, dashboards. • Create, automate and maintain data pipelines to feed downstream analyses. • Eager to continuously think on how to improvement the analytics infrastructure for the team and automate processes wherever possible. • Partner with marketing, and various analytics teams to understand business requirements, analyze performance and provide actionable and automated insights, • Automation & Streamlining of existing processes and provide innovative solutions to the business • Work and establish good working relationships with other marketing / marketing analytics teams to leverage existing infra for the team and continuously engage with these teams for idea cross pollination • Perform deep dive analyses on key business trends from different perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents

Who are you?
  • Analytics professional with a proven track record of extracting and manipulating data using SQL/Python/R and to create dashboards and perform deep dives using data from various sources.
  • Familiar with the terms and processes behind MMM modeling, A/B Testing, Last and Multi-touch Attribution.
  • Hands on professional who can not only clean, extract, and analyze data, but explain to stakeholders why their findings matter.
  • Experienced building data pipelines and cubes to take data from various sources and populate it automatically in user facing destinations.
  • A persistent person who has the willingness to dig underneath the hood of complex processes and understand the business logic that is creating the outcomes they are seeing.
  • Wants to be seen as a trusted and knowledgeable party in a fast paced and constantly evolving marketing analytics space.
  • Would prefer to spend more time automating a solution rather than refreshing an ad-hoc report weekly.
  • Lifelong learner who has the inclination to continuously learn new skills, is comfortable with ambiguity and can produce high quality, error free business analyses with minimal oversight.

Role

Basic Qualifications
  • Strong SQL & Python skills to manipulate and extract data
  • Strong command on Automation & automating processes
  • Experience in Data Management Skills
  • Advanced Shell scripting experience
  • Work experience in GCP, Spark, Spark-sql ,sql, Scala
  • Familiar with data movement techniques and best practices to handle large volumes of data
  • Experience with data warehousing architecture and data modeling best practices
  • Experience with File Systems, server architectures, and distributed systems
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to take initiative to contribute beyond basic responsibilities
  • Business Acumen to produce relevant metrics and insights
  • Knowledge of Scheduling Tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of Marketing Analytics and Paid Media is a plus
  • 5+ Years of work experience in the field of Data Management & BI / Data Engineering - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred
