Job Description Summary: The Revenue Operations & Enablement (ROE) organization supports the operational functions essential to Sales and Partners, worldwide. We work collaboratively with teams across sales, sales ops, technology, data & analytics, marketing and other teams which support the sales processes. This position is within the global Inside Sales ROE team, responsible for managing optimal Top of the Funnel (TOF) processes. This person will be responsible for the successful operational support of Inside Sales related to leads, converting them to opportunities and managing their effectiveness through the Inside Sales engagement.
Job Description:
This person will be responsible for process ownership, management and optimization of Top of the Funnel (TOF) sales process activities associated with Inside Sales. Responsibilities will include:
  • Design & govern current TOF sales processes; document flows, decision points & dependencies
  • Drive transformational process improvements
  • Evaluate current state, assess paint points, root causes for continuous improvement; establish standards through benchmarking
  • Craft future state vision, in coordination with leadership team, partner / stakeholder organizations and Inside Sales (internal customers).
  • Coordinate TOF inputs with the annual planning processes to ensure the appropriate resourcing and development occurs to enhance the environment
  • Work cross-functionally and globally to drive stakeholder alignment with teams that impact TOF processes
  • Work closely with Technology & Data partners on implementing technology to support the process & analytics to track success & quality of the process
  • Work closely with Technology Product Owners to create, maintain and groom the backlog for development
  • Maintain operational understanding with best-in-class technology solutions, to translate the value they deliver to Inside Sales. Solutions such as: Outreach, Pardot, SFDC, Five9, etc.
  • Work with Sales and Business Partner Enablement teams to ensure processes are adopted within the field successfully
  • Work with appropriate stakeholders to devise operational KPIs, leading process indicators and acceptable performance standards to be managed from a business quality perspective.
  • Plan and execute the tactical projects to continuously improve effectiveness within TOF.
