Job Description Summary: As a key member of the Enablement Planning & Programs team the Enablement Manager, Sales Practice Excellence, is focused on delivering the enablement programs and activities that support excellence in global sales practice, process and tools. You are a sales enablement expert with strong experience deploying large-scale enablement programs that drive new platforms and tool change management and adoption. Brief Job Scope • Work cross-functionally to deploy large scale, typically global enablement programs for sales/servicing process, practice and tools • Define standardized plans & approach for global deployments that are right-sized to the business impact • Build and manage the comms and deployment plans working cross-functionally to execute • Work collaboratively with Business Partner teams and other cross-functional teams to optimize the planning & approach • Develop and manage strategic intake & output processes between Business partners, agency and COE teams • Effectively communicate the pipeline of activities to the cross-functional teams that need to support deployment

Sales Enablement Manager – Sales Practice Excellence
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a key member of the Enablement Planning & Programs team the Enablement Manager, Sales Practice Excellence, is focused on delivering the enablement programs and activities that support excellence in global sales practice, process and tools. You are a sales enablement expert with strong experience deploying large-scale enablement programs that drive new platforms and tool change management and adoption.
In this role you are highly process driven with a strong attention to detail, good communication, stakeholder management and project management skills. You are good at connecting technical specialists, business support teams and enablement activities to drive stakeholder buy-in and behavior change. In addition to managing the enablement of large-scale global process, practice & tools deployments you also utilize your skills to manage the pipeline of asks and deployment across enablement ensuring intake and output processes are effectively managed.
Brief Job Scope
  • Work cross-functionally to deploy large scale, typically global enablement programs for sales/servicing process, practice and tools
  • Define standardized plans & approach for global deployments that are right-sized to the business impact

Competencies

  • 10+ years experience in sales enablement or related fields
  • Experience deploying enablement activities large-scale for sales process and tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a global role requiring sensitivity to variety of cultures and perspectives
  • Excellent English language written and spoken skills
  • Experience in sales is a plus
