Job Description Summary: The Sales Effectiveness Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent and effective transfer of knowledge, advanced sales analytics, best practices, training content, mentorship programs, and ongoing development and growth opportunities to sales leaders and their associates. This position will partner with internal and external resources to implement best-in-class sales practices. The Sales Effectiveness Manger will provide recommendations to improve/enhance sales effectiveness that will enable the sales organization to achieve consistent and continued growth.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Proactively assess and prioritize education, process, and system improvements and works with their manager to align on approach and delivery to ensure success for the business
  • Work across matrixed departments to establish effective working relationships to customize and optimize key learning and systems
  • Work autonomously, and with minimal supervision to analyze, design, develop and implement recommendations for new learning models, content and activities
  • Efficiently and effectively gather ongoing requirements for sales effectiveness that ensures consistent sales growth while maximizing performance against current targets
  • Partner with sales leadership and other key stakeholders within PayPal North America Inside Sales to help drive initiatives and effective outcomes
  • Drive proper facilitation of the onboarding process to ensure a best-in-class experience for both new hires and their leaders
  • Consistently delivers on goals, established by leadership
  • Partner with peers in Sales Effectiveness organization to execute projects
