Job Description Summary: Subject matter expert and staff engineer with Payments architecture, transaction processing, and Java and Spring boot expertise
Job Description:
This engineer will design, code and deliver service components that serve our accounting, risk and enterprise functions with financially validated Payments data.
The employee should be able to understand and translate high level requirements to detailed system specifications , contribute to build and test planning and guide team members in implementing the right design patterns with tradeoff analyses.
Should bring a culture of technical excellence, and an ability to deeply appreciate the core business value that a project is designed to deliver.
Smart entrepreneurial approach with focus on technical best practices for any code component that the engineer is required to develop and deploy.
Key skills:
1. 6-9 yr experience building scalable micro services in Java
2. Deep knowledge of RDBMS transactionality or/and no sql
3. Financial services and payments domain preferred
4. Building test suites and experience in CI/CD frameworks
5. Hands on experience in performance tuning of distributed applications
6. Can-do attitude
7. Communication skills with the ability to abstract complexity when needed
