Job Description Summary: We’re looking for a Marketing Associate, Transformation and Team Engagement, to join our Growth Marketing organization. In this role, you will be uniquely positioned to drive cross-team connectivity via transformation initiatives, including marketing team onboarding, team communication, community management, and feedback survey analysis. Reporting into the Planning, Transformation, and Team Operations group, you will work collaboratively with fellow teammates, marketing leaders, and supporting functions to positively impact team engagement and marketing transformation. Your responsibilities will include running and refining existing initiatives, managing the engagement calendar, developing collateral and communication, and organizing team feedback. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about continuous team improvement, highly organized and adaptable, a clear communicator, results and data-driven, and knows how to work well with large groups of stakeholders.
Job Description:
Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update marketing transformation scorecard and calendar of marketing team engagement initiatives

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing function-specific training programs

  • Evolve marketing onboarding and immersion programs

  • Develop collateral and assets and organize survey feedback for broader team communication

  • Update information across communication channels (website, email, message/chat, and team All Hands)

  • Coordinate roundtable discussions with marketing leadership team members

  • Be a cultural ambassador and champion for One Team behaviors and inclusivity

  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize work to more deeply engage audiences

  • Highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye to consistency and accuracy across collateral

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Behavioral Sciences, or related degree

  • Experience working with numbers, MS Office applications, MS Teams, and CMS software

  • Experience or strong understanding of range of marketing functions strongly preferred

  • Experience working with agency partners strongly preferred

  • Fluency in English is required
