Job Description Summary: Manage Marketing risk and compliance improvement initiatives to support the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric marketing
Job Description:
  • You support first line of defence risk & compliance efforts across Marketing, building close relationships with relevant teams, SME’s, and stakeholders inside PayPal.
  • You understand failure is a reality of life and you are anticipating and reacting to where failure happens to ensure all Marketing programs and processes are compliant and of high quality.
  • You identify operational, legal & compliance challenges and engage necessary teams for investigation and root cause analysis. You develop remediation plans to mitigate any repeat incidents.
  • You document and prepare reports on issues for the legal and compliance teams, highlighting actions taken and identifying any potential for the issue repeating.
  • You manage a forward plan of all upcoming remediation and improvement activities, communicating broadly to marketing teams on upcoming changes, impacts and action plans.
  • You consistently explore the art of the possible to successfully harness technology and automation to speed up Marketing delivery while guaranteeing quality.
  • You maintain compliance reporting, track associated metrics, and gather audit documentation in preparation for any investigations. You are consolidating the audits required across the year and making them more and more visible and automated.
