Job Description Summary: PayPal is looking for a manager to help build and maintain best practice standards for Product Marketing, enhancing tools and capabilities to streamline and organize key artifacts, systems and processes both inbound and outbound for our stakeholders.
Job Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create a consistent end to end view of all outcomes driven by Product Marketing;
  • Manage and maintain libraries of key artifacts that Product Marketing creates for our key products and features;
  • Create and maintain a detailed timeline view of all go-to-market activities, capturing details from all PMM leads
  • Create and maintain a go-to-market playbook with templates and best practices;
  • Stand up and maintain a feedback loop with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with local and functional PMM leads to roll-up plans and artifacts to a centralized source of truth;
  • Develop training materials and other change management collateral for go-to-market.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • 8+ years of relevant portfolio management experience, preferably non-technical (commercial side);
  • Experience building highly functional portfolio management systems through Smartsheet (providing examples of standing up complex systems from scratch, advanced formula features, etc);
  • Experience with commercial-side interactions in software development lifecycle;
  • Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and key intersections of business & technology
  • Understanding of launch/go-to-market activities at an Enterprise level
  • Strong facilitation, influencing, and behavioral change management skills including conflict resolution;
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication;
  • Experience with different software development methodologies and associated tools like Jira, Clarizen, etc.;
  • Experience in high growth / financial services industry preferred.
