Job Description Summary: Our Program Management team drives the delivery of PayPal product from development through global launch. The initiative spans multiple cross functional teams, across many locations and involve complex technologies. We are responsible to ensure the plan, execution, and end to end solution meets the customer desire and companies’ business value. Program managers always demonstrates a solid understanding of the program vision and roadmap.
Job Description:
  • Organize and lead planning activities resulting in the creation of a release plan and program roadmap. Ensure all team members align with the planning expectations.
  • Ensure measurable KPIs are developed for the program, and that they align to the overall outcome of the initiative.
  • Support launch strategy for new product capabilities including geographic rollouts, ramp plans, pilot candidate and analytic reviews.
  • Create and manage Gating Criteria with business partners for Go/No-go decisions.
  • Lead effective program governance and stakeholder management, ensuring adequate understanding of timelines, resource needs, risks and dependency commitment.
  • Proactively implement risk mitigation to prevent roadblocks and be knowledgeable of effective escalation path options.
  • Exercise smart decision-making while collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to quickly address key issues that may emerge.
  • Ensure consistent & effective communication with program members, stakeholders and senior leadership, including international regions.
  • Convey a strong executive presence by inspiring confidence with your team, among peers and senior leaders.
  • Lead program retrospectives and advocate for commitment to improvement on the PDLC process on a regular cadence.
