Job Description Summary: The Director of Global Integrated Marketing, Enterprise will be responsible for driving air-cover and top and mid funnel demand creation for the Enterprise Marketing Segment. This will include supporting integrated brand awareness, elevating the PayPal Enterprise website presence, content marketing, and creating full end to end global campaigns themes that can be leverage by all Enterprise marketing regional teams. The Head of Global Integrated Marketing will work across sales, product, GTM, to design and deliver always on marketing programs that drive early top of funnel awareness and interest, leveraging best in class content marketing.

As the Director of Integrated marketing, Enterprise, you will be responsible for driving content strategy and integrated marketing for PayPal's Enterprise Segment.
Responsibilities
  • Work with the core Enterprise marketing team and stakeholders in Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Comms among others to develop and execute Enterprise top of funnel awareness and consideration marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to a diverse range of content projects, including thought leadership, content syndication, webinars, and media sponsored programs.
  • Raise awareness and education of PayPal's Enterprise capabilities across multiple sub-brands. Build a bridge between acquisition brands and PayPal’s marketing and creative teams., with unifying content and assets.
  • Inform creative strategy, coordinate agency production and execution of all global Enterprise integrated campaigns
  • Liaise with technical subject matter experts to better understand our offering and craft messaging. Develop and track Enterprise global content and narrative calendar
  • Support executive leadership and cross team communications

Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in Marketing or equivalent education
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field preferred
  • Experience in content or direct campaigns development, preferably to Enterprise customers
  • Payments, Fin tech or Tech Marketing background a plus
  • Excellent written and communication skills
