Job Description Summary: PayPal is seeking a Global Case Study Leader to join its Customer Advocacy organization, which is part of Revenue Enablement. This position offers the opportunity to join a team focused on delivering assets that align sales efforts to global strategies and business expansion. You will serve as the global point of contact and lead for all case study content across our merchant selling segments which includes both working with and managing agency relationships as well as creating case study content that supports the needs of our selling organizations. This means you will be able to lead, craft and deliver case studies in multiple form factors that appeal to different audiences at varying points in the selling cycle in a way that represents the most important verticals and segments.

You will ensure case studies are researched and written with clarity and in a compelling and brand-consistent manner. This role will gather info, interview SMEs, and author case studies that showcase customer, business and product benefits.
You will enjoy supporting others with strong, effective content that demonstrates an impeccable understanding of PayPal’s global product portfolio through merchant storytelling.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Research and understand products, partners, customers, and markets.
  • Write case study content as well as provide guidance to other teams to allow for democratization of content creation.
  • Work with and manage agency relationships to drive increased case study production, including video.
  • Drive and support the development of standardized outlines and templates.
  • Interview internal and external stakeholders.
  • Distill complex ideas into compelling, digestible content.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy-to understand, even for non-technical people.
  • Dogged persistence – when you encounter a challenge, you see it through.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure legal compliance.
  • Advocate and evangelize for the adoption and usage of case studies across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Previous experience managing vendors and teams.
  • Eye for design to help elevate case study content.
  • Ability to liaise and collaborate effectively with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Impeccable eye for detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and possesses a get-it-done, positive attitude.
  • BA in a related degree.
