Job Description Summary: Perform deep dive analyses on key business trends from different perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents Partner with Product and Engineering teams to find opportunities to improve user experience and optimization opportunities Partner with Risk, Compliance and Professional services to have an end to end view of our product and work with leadership to influence right decisions for the customers. Continuously think on how to improvement the analytics infrastructure for the team and automate processes Own production, development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards, weekly business review reports, monthly business review reports and ongoing analyses to meet SLAs Use Advance Analytics to generate actionable insights and helps to drive business. Have detailed understanding of PayPal product supporting Partners, and being able to deliver analytics required to understand and optimize product experience for PayPal commerce platform.
Job Description:
Basic Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a fast-growing global technology company or a highly regarded startup analyzing large, multi-dimensional datasets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations
SQL skills to manipulate large datasets through standard access tools like Teradata - Have knowledge of R or Python (Added advantage)
Expert level Tableau skills to create impactful dashboards
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or the willingness to learn and ramp quickly
