Seeking a passionate and data-oriented
for global Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) campaigns, instrumental to Oracle’s Cloud Platform business. This senior marketer will help drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of global campaigns. This role will interface and collaborate with field marketing leads, product marketing, product management, digital, brand, analytics, and business development teams to develop, adapt, and execute highly effective integrated marketing programs and content that increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and grow sales revenue.
This marketing professional should understand multiple personas, messaging, and content strategy to design and build marketing campaigns aligned to the customer journey. This person will also need to report regularly on campaign metrics and KPIs that track towards goals.
Essential functions include but may not be limited to:
Work cross functionally across the global marketing organization to develop campaign strategy, value propositions and messaging, contact acquisition strategy, and content that drive results.
Define and optimize the customer journey for multiple personas, utilizing data and testing to find opportunities for improvement.
Provide campaign updates, performance metrics, and best practices on OCI campaigns to key stakeholders, including field marketing counterparts in North America, Latin America, JAPAC and EMEA on a regular basis.
Successful execution of integrated campaign activities to drive web traffic, leads, pipeline, and revenue for OCI services.
Create or support the creation of content to support demand gen activities, including landing pages, blog posts, videos, and asset kits.
Work with stakeholders to help define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges. Identify - and adjust - appropriate mix of assets and activities to engage the audience, generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and grow and close pipeline.
Reporting - Proactively communicate the impact of overall marketing programs in terms of key performance goals (pipeline, opportunities generated, revenue) on a monthly, quarterly, FY basis.
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience working in B2B marketing.
Background includes marketing B2B cloud services.
Execution-oriented, creative, and able to bring innovative ideas that increase engagement within a fast-paced, high-growth market segment, across multiple personas.
Proven success (pipeline & revenue generation) of digital multi-channel demand generation campaigns
Strong understanding of lead generation and flow within a B2B organization.
Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on marketing performance metrics as well as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence and ROI.
Writing experience: email marketing, direct marketing copy, and massaging product content into easy-to-understand benefits.
Proven experience successfully navigating heavily matrixed organizations.
Expertise in managing projects across various, regionally distributed teams.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills with ability to quickly build rapport and influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, Eloqua a plus.
Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities.
Other soft skills: Self-starter and self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, excellent multi-tasker and able to manage time well, customer-focused, excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to be flexible and adjust to changes in priorities or areas of focus as needed.

Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.
Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Translates ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing the user experience and help drive business outcomes. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles. Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities. Manage online advertising relationship and local social media agencies.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8+ years relevant work experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
