We are seeking high-energy, creative ABM pro to join the Oracle Cloud HCM global marketing pillar team as an ABM Field Marketing Manager in North America. In this role, you will design and deliver account-focused 1:1 and 1:few marketing initiatives that will educate, create engagement and drive revenue across top accounts. You will partner closely with field sales, strategy & business development, global campaigns, executive engagement marketing, product marketing, and more, to build a fully tailored account-based marketing plan for each account. The successful candidate will combine a flair for the creative, a pragmatic can-do attitude, a talent for working effectively across multiple teams, and a relentless positive attitude.
Own and drive the quarterly & annual marketing plans to deepen relationships with top accounts
Own, build and execute on 1:1 and scalable ABM programs to meet pipeline requirements
Working cross-functionally in a highly visible role working with senior sales leadership and sales development teams to execute complex and targeted account playbooks
Build and deliver account-specific plans with an effective mix of marketing programs to support business objectives, combining existing and bespoke assets, campaigns and virtual or in-person events
Develop data and insight strategy to build and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas as well as oversee a database of named contacts to align with current marketing and sales defined target audiences
Partner closely with sales teams to ensure coordinated inbound follow-up and integrated outbound marketing efforts
Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to develop personalized messaging to engage security and developer buyers based on account intent, vertical, use case and persona
Work with operations and analytics teams to develop scorecards, metrics, and success objectives
Communicate program objectives, status updates, actions, and results across marketing and Sales.
Identify opportunities to optimize program effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
Be a true business partner to the Oracle Cloud HCM Sales team
5+ years of experience managing enterprise B2B technology marketing programs, with a focus on demand, campaigns, or ABM strategies
Experience working in lockstep with sales teams and sales leadership
Passion for impacting, supporting and accelerating revenue and pipeline goals
Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools
Thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and you’re comfortable multi-tasking with a variety of stakeholders
A drive for highest quality outcomes and the ability to articulate goals and to assess and communicate results and ROI
Data-driven mindset; and experience with analyzing campaign results to inform business recommendations
A true self-starter able to leverage others’ experience and best practices while building your own network of tools and resources.
Proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize independently
Outstanding communication skills – verbal, written, and PowerPoint
Strength in regularly analyzing program effectiveness, and finding ways to improve program outcomes
Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in Sales support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.
Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to provide consultative input to senior Sales leaders. Basic understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed.
