This position is a part of the Oracle Industries Innovation Lab team. Oracle offers industry-specific solutions that run the essential operations of a company. The Oracle Industries Innovation Lab team is fast-paced, high-performing group; responsible for driving innovation within the organization, and external entities such as Customers, Partners, startups, universities, governmental agencies, associations, media, industry thought leaders, etc.
The Lab Site Manager is going to plan and manage site activites at the Lab, drive consistency across businesses, cultivate and maintain customer and partner engagements for the Oracle Industries Innovation Lab.
Liaise with and schedule guests, partners, and internal teams for visits
Maintain and trach registrations and track
Send weekly reports
Order catering and provide beverages
Run Immersive Experience
Learn and speak to all technologies within the Lab
Acquire any assets needed for the scripts
Ensure all environments are working and maintained for the scripts.
Coordinate environment updates
Lead all guests through the experiences
Coordinate with Marketing and Facilities for large events
Work with Marketing to ensure day-of event staff is debriefed and everything is set up
Work with the partners on the customer experience and needed assets for events
Collaborate with partners on implementation of their assets, tests, trials, and maintain functionality
Collaborate internally on implementation of Oracle assets, tests, trials and maintain functionality
Retain site inventory list and accesses
Procure assets for the site and perform vendor management
Coordinate with Real Estate & Facilities on site maintenance
Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 2 years of project management or related experience.
