Our applications provide project and portfolio management, Schedule Management, contract management, resource management, and risk management solutions used by large world leading companies in Construction and Engineering space.
Brief Posting Description
We are seeking a Director, Performance & Stability, who will be responsible for supporting and improving Enterprise class SaaS software and excellent customer experience. This role will extensively work with Senior Management, Cloud Engineering, Performance Engineering, Development, DevOps teams and external stakeholders to grow and lead the Performance & Stability initiatives.
Role Expectations
The Director, Performance and Stability in the Oracle CEGBU Cloud Operations
organization will:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer escalations due to performance & stability, outages & SLA’s

  • Work with globally distributed engineering, development, product, operations and senior leadership teams in order to solve complex resiliency/availability issues with the multiple SaaS offerings in the CEGBU

  • Lead the Incident Management team

  • Enhance the Incident & Problem Management processes/tools

  • Ensure there is a closed loop on all actions for cross-functional teams as an outcome of a customer interaction, outage, incident or RCA/PIR

  • Develop departmental key performance indicators (KPI) and analyze for opportunities to optimize department performance


  • Computer Science or equivalent

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in SaaS Operations

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in customer facing roles

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Software Product Development

  • Proven expertise in designing processes based on the ITIL framework

  • Proven negotiation skills to achieve goals

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good with people, ability to negotiate.

  • Possess and demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills

Manages teams supporting and/or implementing multi-functional and/or multi-location projects and/or systems. Defines, documents and manages scope, expectations, implementation approach, deliverables and acceptance testing criteria. Develops and manages an effective risk mitigation strategy for the project(s).
Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations. Successful track record as a manager. Detailed knowledge of technical and business concepts of a number of related applications areas. BA/BS degree preferred.
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are Colorado-specific.
Colorado Pay Range: from $110,000 to $234,000 per annum eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
