Builds Value Chain Planning products that promote collaborative Supply Chain Management across the extended value chain. Through our work, we will enable a new level of intelligence, coordination, optimization, and quality for users (companies) and their customers and suppliers. Oracle Value Chain Planning is tightly integrated with the Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion products and forms the backbone of e-businesses, planning and scheduling one’s n-tier supply chain to measure up to the stringent specifications of successful e-commerce for global virtual supply chains.
We are looking for smart, highly motivated individuals with 2-5 years of experience that have strong aptitude, programming and design skills and the ability to communicate, work well in teams while contributing individually. We prefer highly energetic candidates, who are creative, a self learner and self starter.
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates should match or exceed the following criteria.
5 - 8 years of experience in the design and development of large scale distributed applications.
Must has the knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, C, C++, Data structures and RDBMS Entity relationship modeling is highly preferred.
Has knowledge of Linux/ Unix development platform, scripting.
Knowledge of core JAVA /J2EE is preferred.
Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills.
Prior experience with ERP, supply chain software packages will be a big advantage
Exposure to software development methodologies including agile and SCRUM is good.
Team player with strong communication skills and work with others at all skill levels
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
