Senior Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. As an integral member of the FP&A team, our Organization’s overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business information that is both insightful and measurable, enabling effective decisions-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization requiring advanced tool and analytical skills, accuracy, great attention to detail, and ability to execute to the Company’s timelines. It is also a transparent role within Finance for an energetic individual who thrives on collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and who has excellent communication skills.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Company’s management, consolidation and reporting of its global investments, with a focus on employee compensation and benefits.

  • Build/maintain detailed compensation and benefits models to forecast key components including salary, bonuses, focals (merit increases), stock based compensation, employer payroll tax, 401K, and other benefits and employee related expenses, with continuous improvement on consolidation processes and controls.

  • Analyze global compensation and benefit trends to improve the Company’s forecast accuracy and design and maintain relevant dashboards and commentary with key business insights.

  • Partner with HR and FP&A HR business partner to determine global benefits rates for forecasting and continually monitor to assess accuracy.

  • Partner with FP&A Systems team on automation initiatives and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness for FP&A team. Support continuous improvement on consolidation processes and controls.

  • Own and/or support additional Corporate FP&A activities, including quarter-end financial close processes, system and business process integration for acquisitions and other transactions, and any ad-hoc management reporting and analysis for Finance projects or initiatives.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance or Accounting with 10+ years of Finance experience, at combination of Big 4 public accounting firm and a global high technology company, and/or MBA with 5+ years in Finance at a global high technology company. Semiconductor and/or Corporate FP&A experience a plus.

  • Very strong experience creating financial models, including use of database manipulation (e.g., SAP/BPC and Excel), and SQL. SAP/BPC experience a plus. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

  • Ability to plan effectively and execute timely to deadlines.

  • Detail orientated with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness.

  • Specialist in analytical and complex financial modeling skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partner with all levels of a company’s organization.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Semiconductor and/or Corporate FP&A experience.

  • Specialist in analytical and complex financial modeling skills.

  • SAP/BPC experience.
