What you’ll be doing:
What we need to see:
Developing architecture and micro-architecture to improve the state-of-the-art in GPU debugging and considering tradeoffs in complexity, area, effort, and schedule.
Analyzing post-silicon issues and identifying key inefficiencies and improvement areas.
Streamlining and developing methodologies for efficient debugging.
Reviewing architectural features to locate possible problems in post-silicon debug and proposing mechanisms for improvement
Crafting new features and working with various teams on implementation.
Ways you can stand out from the crowd:
Master degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
5+ years of meaningful work experience in GPU or CPU Architecture and development specifically in the area of post-silicon debug or design for debug
Strong digital design and Verilog skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required along with the ability to work in a dynamic, product oriented, distributed team.
Strong Python, C/C++ or Perl skills
Good debugging and analytical skills
Your history of successfully mentoring junior engineers and interns is a huge plus.
